1.Tickets include admission and sightseeing fees during the operation of Lotte World Aquarium Hanoi, excluding other ancillary services.

2.You must present a ticket to visit the aquarium. Tickets are not transferable to others after purchase.

3.Children under 80cm are admitted free of charge when accompanied by one paying adult. This policy applies only to individual guests purchasing tickets directly at the counter.

4.Valid tickets must be intact, not torn, patched or erased and can only be used on the day of purchase or redemption. Tickets purchased are non-refundable. Lost tickets will not be reissued.

5.In case there is an error from Lotte World Aquarium Hanoi leading to customers not being able to use the service, we will handle it according to the operation policy.
